Patrik (patrikp in fas) is our CPE intern and as I wanted to onboard him to our monitor-gating project before he is a packager, I would want him to be a packager in staging.

Alongside this I need to be able for patrikp to be able to clone https://src.stg.fedoraproject.org/rpms/dummy-test-package-gloster
