Back for issue #7943, a dbgserver vm was set up in phx2, and associated groups were set up in ansible. This experiment was finished in mid-2020, so we can clean up its carcass. I believe the VM didn't survive the move to IAD (which is fine), but some ansible artifacts are still around in fedora-infra/ansible, such as the sysadmin-dbgserver group. (The new real debuginfod effort is using a different group name.)
