In our team we would like to use the staging packit account in src.stg.fedoraproject.org. Since we were not able to log in, yesterday I asked for the password reset in https://admin.stg.fedoraproject.org/accounts, but we have not received any mail. I would like to ask what can be the problem. Thanks!

So, I guess there's a packit centos user in the centos account system?
We are going to be merging the centos and fedora account systems in a while and the merge scripts have been testing this.
So, the email address for the staging packit user is "Email address: packit@centos.org"
Can you check that address for the password reset info? Or do we need to adjust this some other way?

Unfortunately, we do not have access to any email address packit@centos.org.
Would it be possible to sync the email address for the staging packit user to the one in prod FAS?
Indeed we'd prefer to use user-cont-team@redhat.com - that's an internal private mailing list where only our team members are subscribed.
I recall we had problems with old FAS back then that it would not allow to have one email address be associated with multiple accounts.
Do you know who has access to it?
I am told this issue has been resolved both on Fedora and in CentOS.
I'm thus going to close this ticket as Fixed. Please re-open if that is not correct.
