Bugzilla doesn't allow to link to GitHub hosted project and their issue tracker.

Links -> URL

The result is a error:

The external tracker URL you specified does not belong to a tracker known to Red Hat Bugzilla

I assume it's simply missing.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

The fedora infrastructure does not run nor maintain bugzilla, you can contact the bugzilla maintainers by opening a ticket on bugzilla itself: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/enter_bug.cgi?product=Bugzilla
