flatpak builds are failing due to time out connecting to osbs-aarch64-master01.iad2.fedoraproject.org. This has been happening for a few days already; sorry for not filing it earlier.

OK so I checked curl from koji to the server and it works so it isn't a firewall issue here.
This seems fixed now.
The problem was that the nodes were not able to talk to the master... so they couldn't do any builds.
I rebooted both nodes and resubmitted that westnoth build and it completed fine.
