I've initially asked to enable Koschei for ELN because I thought it would be useful for the packagers who care about their packages in ELN. However:
The brokenness of ELN content is not the problem, says @bookwar, we should disable Koschei:

+1, all rust-sig packages in ELN are broken and we keep getting spammed with notifications about it. It also makes the koschei overview page useless for rust-sig members.

ELN SIG have not requested any Koschei integration and we were not aware that these rebuilds are happening.
Please remove ELN tag from the Koschei tracking.
The enablement was acked by @psabata. I have trouble to realize who actually is representing the ELN SIG and who isn't, but I've assumed he is :/

So, I don't see a way to just disable it, only delete it.
But I guess it's easy enough to re-enable if we like, so will go ahead and delete it for now.
I started a delete-collection, but it says "It cannot be reverted and may take long time to execute" so could be a while. will update this ticket when it comes back.

I've received around 15 email notifications about failures / fixes in Fedora ELN Koschei per minute during the transaction, still getting them slowly. I hope it eventually stops.
I also don't know who's "representing the SIG"; it sounded like a good idea which I +1'd. The request was submitted by Kevin.
Me? I didn't submit the request that I know of? The only thing I did there was close the ticket after it was completed...
The request was submitted by me as I thought it was a good idea that could help ELN.
I've CCed @sgallagh @bookwar @tdawson @psabata to get opinions from ELN SIG members (the individual people CCed were my best effort estimation of "ELN SIG members" at that time). @psabata +1'd the proposal, also thinking it was a good idea.
@bookwar disagrees it was a good idea and according to her, ELN SIG was not aware, so I've now requested to disable it again.
I apologize that I have requested this in the first place without a written approval of ELN SIG and I apologize for all that spam. I don't plan to participate in ELN any more, so this will not happen again.
