There are different types of groups in Fedora, we've documented them at: https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/howtos/blob/main/f/groups_in_fedora.md could you go through this document and tell us which group you're interested in?
I believe this should be a tracking group, as our main interest for now is in having a group in Copr.
