The mass rebuild tasks (both when two) are visible, so it must have stopped after the mass rebuild (or during the second attempt).
No deadline, it is just an inconvenience.

Someone pinged me on an issue with toddlers this morning, I went and checked the queue in rabbitmq and it seems to be fine. So we need to check the logs and if something is not working properly, we won't be able to recover as the messages have been discarded.

After checking the logs, the API key was simply expired. I've renew them and we should be back in business :)
