Koji is not able to build SRPM for epel8 target:

The same happens on x86_64 as well.
I upgraded the grobisplitter to the current one in the modularity repository and it seems to have broken splitting. I am reverting and will rerun the split. I will need help from releng to get builders to see this. ETA 15:30 UTC
