#9519 Retrace server not responding. Connection refused on port 443.
Closed: Fixed 3 years ago by kevin. Opened 3 years ago by whitingjr.

Describe what you would like us to do:

Hi,
Please check why the retrace server is not responding to HTTPS requests on port 443.

Details are in the fedora forum post I created.

In addition to that issue is the discrepancy with the status page. The infrastructure status page I see the "ABRT Server" is considered "Everything seems to be working.".

Can you also check why there is a discrepancy? If need be add a status check for retrace.fedoraproject.org to "ABRT Server".

Regards,
Jeremy

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Whenever convenient.

As is written on the status page:

This page is a manually updated emergency notification of known outages. If stuff is down but not shown, we probably don't know about it. Please open a ticket at our ticket system.

That is.. we did not know that retrace is down.

OK server is hard down. I will need to drive into the colocation to fix.
