That really doesn't come under spam. They aren't trying to sell anything that I can see. they are just being annoying. Are there other areas they did this to?

I am going to ask for feedback on this from @bcotton @mattdm and @riecatnor as this does not fall into normal closing spam accounts.

This looks like an account compromise to me. The account was created in 2017. The first three comments aren't exactly helpful, but they're at least relevant. This comment in particular suggests someone guessed or otherwise obtained the password.

I think we should force a password change on the account and let them come to us to let them back in. Or whatever SOP for a compromised account is.
