This email is to cover 2 outages that will affect various parts of Fedora staging and remote hosts.

The first one will be 2020-11-05 and will cover systems which are not directly part of the noggin project. This will allow us to test and see any problems in the major updates to EL7 and EL8 which have rolled out.

The second one will be 2020-11-09 and will cover the remaining staging systems AND any outlying proxy hosts and similar we can get done.

There will be an outage starting at 2020-11-09 21:00 UTC,
which will last approximately 4 hours.

Reason for outage:

Update various services to the latest RHEL-7 and RHEL-8 operating systems. Begin work to see if proxies can move to Fedora 33 yet.
