Please create a duplicate instance of i-06cd84b95ba9af2f2 (proxy34.fedoraproject.org) in the Sao Paolo region in AWS as a secondary South American proxy (proxy40).

This can be done by right clicking on the instance and clicking launch more like this with one edit. The user data field should be updated as per https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/howtos/blob/master/f/remove_fedora_user_at_launch_aws.md

I can change any tags etc afterward but do not have permissions to launch instances in this region.
