389-ds-base project moves to GitHub.
As part of the migration, we need massively leave comments and close issues/PRs.

Because of this, we need to disable all of the notifications on the project.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

We need to do it right before the weekend, so during Saturday and Sunday, we can migrate.
So it should be disabled at 18:00 pm. EDT.

I'll submit a PR to hotfix the pagure code base to disable all notifications from this project.

We can revert it next week.
