Add zodbot IRC bot to the #archlinux-women IRC channel on Freenode.

I was chatting with @meskarune, who contributes to CommOps and the D&I Team. She is trying to get regular meetings back up and running for the Arch Linux Women (AW) community (which has several members who are quite helpful in other Fedora channels too!).

Previously, the AW community manually took logs and shared it to a mailing list. I know we have zodbot in Fedora and it does a great job of making the meeting log automation easier. It would be great if we could share an important piece of Fedora infrastructure with the AW community since they would find this useful.

(BTW, @meskarune also offered to add Fedora logo as a AW sponsor in their site footer if we can lend them zodbot!)

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

I think the next AW meeting might be in October but I can't remember if a date was set yet. Sooner is always better than later.
