Fedora Jam passes "threadirqs" as an extra boot parameter. Since the release of Koji 1.22, this has been broken (https://pagure.io/koji/issue/2437) and as a result, there have been no iso spins of Fedora Jam 33 or Rawhide.
Koji 1.22.1 will include a fix for this regression. This needs to be backported ASAP because, with Fedora 33 currently in Beta freeze, there are no Jam spins to test and as a result, Fedora Jam 33 will be missing from the Beta.
As soon as possible, preferably before F33 Beta.

Turns out this is just a one liner patch. :)
I've built an updated koji rpm and requested a freeze break. Hopefully we will get it updated soon...
