The builds were working fine yesterday so it must be something that changed within the last 24 hours.

This should be fixed, the token used to authenticate to ODCS expires every year, I have generated a new token and update the documentation on how to do it too https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/howtos/blob/master/f/refresh_osbs_odcs_oicd_token.md

@kalev can you give it a try and reopen the ticket if that still broken
