Confirmed. Unfortunately Fedora infrastructure does not run this site. Maybe @vashirov or @mreynolds can help to resolve the issue.
This is actually a duplicate of https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/9235 which was closed as "Can not fix".
I'm going to close this one as well for the same reason, there is nothing we do for this :(

We're waiting for a new certificate from IT, there is also a bz open https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1869402 (you can find a link to internal ticket in there).
To close the loop: new certificate is installed.
