Create a new DNS region for a proxy server in Africa(Capetown)
I have created a patch for the DNS repo which I hope has the correct changes required:

Looks ok to me. I'd suggest pushing it when others are around to make sure we can recover if something goes wrong.

It is necessary to have the proxies up and running before creating a new region to point to them
Patch has been applied and the ansible dns playbook containing this PR https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/ansible/pull-request/190# has been run
This has been live for a week with no complaints so I think its ok to mark as done
