Since spot is no longer responsible for Fedora legal, @mattdm and I are trying to find a long-term owner of the legal content. In the meantime, there are a few edits that need to be made to the license list on the wiki. Can you please grant me access to edit those pages?

@puiterwijk nicely agreed to add me to the bureaucrat group so I was able to add @bcotton to the "Legal" group and the "Pruners" group so he can edit that namespace and delete pages there if needed.
