We noticed that there was a package called icfg on the fc31 branch. The spec file reads like this: ... URL: https://fedorahosted.org/icfg Source0: https://fedorahosted.org/releases/i/c/icfg/%{name}-%{version}.tbz2 ... It is said that the code in fedorahosted is migrated to the pagure platform. But I didn't find it.
So where is it?

We did not mass migrate everything, we helped projects that wish to migrate to pagure (and some migrated to github, some to gitlab, etc).
This particular project did not migrate anywhere that I know of.
You may want to file a bug on the fedora package and ask the maintainer where the upstream is now? It seems they last touched it in 2018 to port to python3.
If you are just looking for the source you can get: https://src.fedoraproject.org/lookaside/pkgs/icfg/icfg-0.9.tbz2/8cb6d47b5b9970ffb927f2fae089173d/icfg-0.9.tbz2 from our lookaside cache.
Hope that helps!
