This started happening earlier today. They were off for about an hour, then back on for a while, then off again.
Investigation is continuing, but it looks like it might be something in the mainframe networking, everything is ok up to there.
I'm filing this to track the issue and make community members aware.
It seems to have come back and stayed up. Still no idea why it was bouncing in and out of the net.
