https://pagure.io/Fedora-Infra/packager-sync-bz is a project that gives people who should ACLs on bugzilla (for example packagers), allowing them to edit flags on tickets and so on.
It is meant to be deployed in openshift, a little like monitor-gating is. It's a single process that wakes up and run periodically.
This should be done in FAS but it doesn't seem to be working and this is the next-gen code for this functionality.
