Could not locate transtats project in os.fp.o and os.stg.fp.o Is it part of some planned outage and shall come back automatically?

The entire staging environment has been turned off, so os.stg is not going to work for a while now.

I'm not seeing transtats in the list of application, so I don't know where it lands on the impacted/not impacted board.
It's back up and migrated now.
