#8956 Nagios check to ensure docs site is rendering the right version

We should have a nagios check to ensure Antora is in the response on docs.fp.o, since we have a weird fallback setup, and if a docs build ever results in an empty docs directory on the NFS share that proxies sync from, there's a chance that we could end up rendering the old Pelican docs site as happened today.

Yeah, that should work. Make sure it handles the intial redirect though...
