This is a followup to fedora-infra/ansible#54.
Right now, our Zuul job definitions have to live outside our Ansible repo until softwarefactory-project.io has updated Zuul to 3.18 or later (see also fedora-infra/ansible#60, fedora-zuul-jobs#60). When this version is available, move the ansible-review-* job definitions back into our Ansible repo.
