Twice today I've found myself unable to push to Fedora dist-git repositories where I thought it should have worked.
Once to ocserv/f30 and once to mingw-filesystem/master.
This was in the context of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1816266 and https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1830233 respectively.
I was expecting both of those to work... was I wrong?

I figure you did but just in case, can you reproduce this? If I ask the code if you are allowed to commit, it returns True.

The mingw-filesystem thing has been done as a PR, but I just tested again and pushing to ocserv/f30 did work this morning.
