Right now, notting is the only one who gets assigned to a ticket when the cvs component is selected. However, he's not the only one who can make changes to either the cvs server or the Makefiles and other pieces of cvs.

Please change the default assignee to get a wider audience to fix these problems. Maybe cvsadmin-members@fp.o (can fix any problems in Makefile.common, and other things inside of cvs) and/or sysadmin-cvs-members@fp.o (can fix problems with the server itself) aliases would be appropriate.
