#8847 Change fedora-docs build frequence
Closed: Fixed 4 years ago by kevin. Opened 4 years ago by jibecfed.

Describe what you would like us to do:

Internationalization support of fedora-docs is done in two steps:

As we now have automation of internationalization scripts (https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/8691), we need now to slightly change the schedule, to make sure the docs publication happen just after the i18n script.

  • i18n scripts runs once a day at 2 AM on sundries and takes about 35 minutes
  • publication scripts runs once a day at midnight on openshift and takes about 13 hours (we run the publication script once per language, which currently means 37 builds, one after another).

I suggest to run i18n script one hour before publication scripts

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Before the release, so we limit propagation delay between translator work and live publication.
