As for HG, I'm not 100% with all the URL syntax but there is: http://hg.fedorahosted.org/hg/pymail/ and I'm assuming ssh://hg.fedorahosted.org/hg/pymail/ would also work!
You'll probably want ssh://hg.fedorahosted.org//ehg/pymail/ instead (note the two slashes)
