python3-3.8.2-1.fc32 is no longer in testing, there is python3-3.8.2-2.fc32 in stable

I cannot expire that override: Nvr : Invalid build. It must be tagged as either candidate or testing.

It seems that the Koji buids are picking python3-3.8.2-2.fc32 so the override is not in fact active.

Could you please mark it as expired (in the DB I guess?).
