Inbound traffic to port 6969 to facilitate clients being able to poll and access the respins SIG tracker port.

Could you maybe expand a little on what opentracker is? How it is working? Where we can see it? And why it needs the port 6969 open?
@pingou this is the respins sig... they respin fedora media with all the updates already included. They used a cloud instance in our cloud for their torrent tracker... but since that is going away I made them an aws instance for this. I just need to go in and setup a new security group that allows the port for that instance.
