We need to retire our old OpenStack cloud as soon as feasable.
There's still a number of things running in it, so we need to move or retire those all out of it.
Related is getting rid of the 209.132.184.0/24 network ( ticket #8613). It might be best to try and retire the instance when/as we retire the network block which has a deadline of 2020-03-01.
Notable items still in the cloud:
copr* -> planning to move to vm's outside cloud. Should firm up plans with copr team. maintainer test -> move to aws, or possibly kubevirt in communishift. bunch of dev instances -> retire or move somewhere

I worked on this today.
I shutdown some instances that we didn't need to have up anymore. I mailed all the owners of outstanding instances.
