Last year we changed the main admin of https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/selinux-policy to be @zpytela but bugs are still assigned to @lvrabec - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1793958

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

The sync is currently failing because the user @mgrepl (in the CC list) as an
email set in FAS that do not seem to have a corresponding bugzilla account.
The issue is that the sync script update the default assignee and the CC list in
one request to avoid DDOS'ing bugzilla, so if one email in the CC list fails,
the entire request fails.

@mgrepl could you please create a bugzilla account for the email you've set in
FAS? Or if you have an existing bugzilla account we can set an override for you.
