Hello, I need to create a FAS account blockerbot on FAS.stg. I already created the account on production FAS and that worked ok. But on FAS.stg, I never received the account creation email with the initial password (to kparal+blockerbot@redhat.com) and therefore I can't activate the account and set a custom password. When I try to "reset forgotten password", it says:

Your account currently has status spamcheck_awaiting. For more information, please contact accounts@fedoraproject.org

Can you please help me make the blockerbot account functional in FAS.stg?

Also, it would be great if you could mark blockerbot account on both production FAS and FAS.stg as a bot account. We (QA) plan to use it for automation (mainly with Pagure at the moment).

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

The sooner the better. Otherwise we'll need to test in production :-)
