Describe what you would like us to do:

We've formed the Deepin DE SIG for a while, and we want to formally announce the SIG to call for more packagers to help. So before I send another email to devel list, I want to request for resources that we need for the SIG.

I think we need

• A SIG-specific mailing list for packagers only, like deepinde-sig@lists.fp.o
• A public mailing list for users and answering general questions, like deepinde@lists.fp.o
• After the SIG list created, I'll create a bugzilla account with the list address
• A group on FAS (or src.fedoraproject.org?) so that we can add commit access to the group, and then when we need to grant packagers commit access we can simply adding him or her to the group. This group need to have the prerequisite that the user should be in the packager group first.
• Associate the SIG bugzilla account to all the Deepin DE related components
  • (how can I archive this goal? I know I can send PR to fedora-scm-requests repo before, but not sure if it is the right place since I don't see the deepin packages there)
• Create a copr group so that all the contributors can have a central place to test updates

I know this is a loooooooot of work for infra, or maybe some of them should go to different ticket systems. So if you need separate ticket for each item, please let me know.

There is no deadline of course, but the earlier the better ;-)
