When I go to https://src.fedoraproject.org/tests/python/issues and click New issue, I get to https://src.fedoraproject.org/tests/python/new_issue and that gives me Fatal Error (500), A fatal error has occurred, we're sorry :(

Ah, so it seems that this project was created before issues were allowed for the tests namespace, and we didn't fix that which results in a: GitError: Repository not found at /srv/git/repositories/tickets/tests/python.git.

I've fixed it for this project and I'll look at fixing it for the other ones.
Fixed for the 16 projects in the tests namespace.
I've created a test ticket on the python project to validate this was the only fix needed: https://src.fedoraproject.org/tests/python/issue/16
