During holidays @kevin detached infra's tracker from the broken repospanner cluster and yesterday @smooge removed repoSpanner related configuration settings from both pkgs and pagure roles on https://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/cgit/ansible.git/commit/?id=29ea252757b1ba2c90581351060bc256bc87ad45 , but pagure.io's project settings continues showing repoSpanner state section, and this only appears when REPOSPANNER_REGIONS is set on pagure.cfg: https://pagure.io/pagure/blob/master/f/pagure/templates/settings.html#_94-97
