I am waiting for, at least, 3 hours until my armv7hl build will be picked up but no builder is taking it. I see that there are bunch of arm builders in "ready" state, but they don't do anything.
Probably they need kojid restart on them?

This is caused by #8477 builders get in a state where they stop checking in...
I've restarted kojid on all affected builders now, should start processing backlog.
I will leave this open to confirm.
