While trying to fork any repository, it asks to wait infinite time. The image is attached below. Please look into it.

I can also replicate this issue (from northeast U.S.). I tried forking the communityblog-theme repository (here is the transaction URL), and it gets stuck waiting for me too. The fork never completes. I do not see the fork under my profile on Pagure.
