I found out that builds which I make for rawhide are not added automatically to the bodhi. I have opened upstream bug https://github.com/fedora-infra/bodhi/issues/3850.
Opening this ticket so that infra people can manually fix all the package builds which werre not auto-pushed to rawhide.
Infrastructure doesn't fix builds.. releng does. I know they are almost the same people but people doing the work track it in different ticket queues .

I unstuck this.
Basically we are seeing a problem where bodhi gets locked up in a db issue and stops processing.
I restarted the bodhi-web pods and it started processing again. There's actually no fixes needed, as the packages that were pending are now being processed.
