#8451 Bodhi fails to get latest candidates when trying to create a new update
Closed: Upstream 4 years ago by pingou. Opened 4 years ago by till.

Describe what you would like us to do:

Bodhi fails to get latest candidates when trying to create a new update:

curl "https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/latest_candidates?hide_existing=true&prefix=shutter"
<html><body><h1>504 Gateway Time-out</h1>
The server didn't respond in time.
</body></html>

Please fix this. There were also several reports in different IRC channels.

The bodhi breakage should probably be mentioned on
https://status.fedoraproject.org/

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

now

This is known and was a blocker before bodhi 5.1 was deployed. Since bodhi 5.1 this is no longer a blocker and packager can just input their builds manually as they almost always have.

If this is not working for you, you may want to force a reload of the page to clear your cache.

Reported upstream where it belongs: https://github.com/fedora-infra/bodhi/issues/3841

I'm going to close this ticket as as annoying as it is there is nothing infra can do about it and it's not a blocker for maintainers.
