You can do this yourself. ;)
Go to https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/selinux-policy/settings#giveproject-tab
and 'give' the project to their fas account name. The change will sync to bugzilla after a day or so.
If that doesn't work for some reason or you need us to do something further, please re-open.
