rawhide-test is not reachable over SSH, not even from batcave01:

[root@batcave01 ~][PROD]# ssh rawhide-test.fedorainfracloud.org 
Authentication failed.

Since big number of people have root access there, it is possible that someone broke it.
The easiest fix would be reinstalling the machine from scratch.
I will try to do that in a few days unless someone beats me.

I went ahead and reinstalled it (from the f30 image since I couldn't get openstack to upload the f31 one).
