We need to generate certificates and ACLs for the production instance of the Fedora-CI pipelines.

These can go directly to me, and I'll get them over to the Fedora-CI team.

@abompard: There were some ACL/user changes that were needed in staging, anything we need to do for prod?

@bstinson on batcave01 in your homedir centos-ci-prod-certs has them.
