An EPEL user wrote the following email to me today:
"My Spacewalk server showed a new package libuv-1.33.0-2.el7.x86_64.rpm, but when I went out to https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/epel-package-announce@lists.fedoraproject.org/ I noticed there’s no trace of it. I’m looking for a FEDORA-EPEL-2019<ID> for it to track for our patch management process. Can you assist with this or can you perhaps point me to the resource that can help associate a FEDORA-EPEL ID against this RPM?"
I found the errata update for him, but the fact that the message didn't hit the list is surprising.
Huh. I see it:

Odd... that was definitely not there when I filed this ticket. Maybe there was an archival delay or something?
There definitely could be, yeah.
