Upgrade of copr packages on Copr servers, to get in bug-fixes and new features.

copr-backend - https://copr-be.cloud.fedoraproject.org/

Though yum/dnf repositories (backend part, consumed by 'dnf copr enable ...')
should stay available during this outage.
