release-monitoring seems not to create a bugzilla tickets for solaar. Although a new version is detected.

@zlopez Should this be reported to the Anitya issue tracker ? Is that due to the problem with bugzilla ?
@cverna Issue with Bugzilla was solved on Friday and every message was processed. This project has monitoring setting to no-monitoring, this is why there is no issue in bugzilla. See https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/blob/master/f/rpms/solaar

Thanks for the info. I'm not the solaar maintainer. Just a user that noticed that solaar is not at the latest version. I do not know if it is up to me to enable the monitoring for solaar. I will ask the solaar maintainer for his opinion.
