I'm getting this error in one of my tests:
program: INFO: mount: /tmp/lorax.imgutils.qjb9jspq: unknown filesystem type 'hfsplus'.
The PR is here:

It creates the image, loop mounts it, runs mkfs.hfsplus but then acts like the kernel module isn't available.
@bstinson and/or @siddharthvipul1 can you take a look?
Probibly needs the module loaded in the host ?

It is not an infra issue per-say but more something related to the CI system.
Well I reported it here because the page at https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/ci/ pointed me here. Looking deeper I now see that the 'General' link there goes to fedora-ci :) It would be clearer if that said 'General CI' instead.
