We have a number of old s3 buckets we should remove.
Some in regions we used to sync content to, but since we moved to using cloudfront those are no longer needed.
Some EOL content like epel4, old fedoras, etc.
A few test buckets.
For now I've deleted the once that we used to sync to. There's an mdomsch test one that we probably can nuke but I wouldn't want to without asking him.
Going to close this for now to kick it out of the queue.
